Field Maintenance & Installation Technicians
Our maintenance and installation technicians are at the heart of what we do. They love working out in the world on our customers’ backup power systems preventing problems, solving problems, and doing everything necessary to ensure our customers are Always On. Along the way they’re building trusted relationships with customers, so they know they can always rely on OnPoint.
Office Administration & Customer Support
Our office and customer team does all the behind-the-scenes work that makes OnPoint run smoothly while delivering a great service experience to our customers. They organize, plan, schedule, research, correspond, call, email, and pitch in on anything needed to ensure everything runs smoothly for our field teams and our customers. It’s a constant juggling act, and no two days are the same.
Sales & Sales Engineering
Our sales team is out listening to our customers, educating them on our offerings, and translating their desires into projects and services that will deliver the Always On experience they’re looking for. This team brings expertise and passion for energy systems and is always looking to help us improve our offerings.
